Our Beliefs

  • The Bible

We believe the Bible is God’s Holy Word that He supernaturally inspired the original writings and will preserve it for mankind for all ages. It reveals to us everything that God intends on us knowing about Him and His plans for mankind

  • God

We believe that there is one, and only one true God. He eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. They are equal in essence and attribute, yet distinct in office and activity.

  • Mankind

We believe that mankind has continually failed to live up to God’s standards. This began when Adam chose to move from his sinless state to being sinful when he ate of the forbidden fruit.

  • Salvation

God acted on behalf of mankind by making full payment for the sin of the world. God identified Jesus’ coming sacrifice through the sacrificial system in the Old Testament. God has made it possible for mankind to be right with God through faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. We believe in the eternal security of the believers.

  • Church

We believe the main purpose of the church is to know God and reach the world as ambassadors of and for Christ. This is made possible by genuine fellowship of the church and by using our God given gifts for His service.

Our Core Values

Our core commitments are the core values that shape the culture of our church. They come from our commitment to strengthen our relationships with Christ and each other.

  • GROW - We are all a work in progress

Our gathering is made up of imperfect people who range from being skeptical to being a follower of Christ. Together, we create safe environments for each person to be authentic, open, and accountable as we take steps toward God. Our lives are richer as we experience the love of Christ and demonstrate His love toward others

  • CONNECT - Life is Better Connected

Built inside each of us is the desire to be loved, accepted, and cared for…to be connected. We believe that it is important to learn about God and encourage each person to have a real connection with Jesus and each other. We develop friendships at our church gatherings and small groups.

  • INVEST - Connected people invest in others.

Jesus does not want the church to be an exclusive religious club. Since He wants everyone to be connected to Him, we invest in others by genuinely caring for, praying for, and encouraging them to take the next step toward Jesus.

  • GIVE - We give because He gave

God has shown us the pattern for giving freely and generously through the gospel. We understand that everything is a blessing from God, so we generously give our time, abilities, and finances to live out and share the gospel. As we are generous, God leads us to be a blessing in our communities.
