Who is who at the church

Milestone is made up of people from all walks of life. We get together on a weekly basis to build genuine friendships, worship God, and discover life-changing truths from the Bible. We are committed to continually experience the irresistible love of Christ personally and as we are doing that we are engaging communities to experience Christ.

Senior Pastor Bill Dilworth

Bill Dilworth - Senior Pastor

My wife Melanie and I came from Pennsylvania to this church in 1998. Melanie and I met at Clarks Summit University and got married in 1994. We have 5 children that range in age from 7 years old to 21. We love serving the church and leading people to know and follow Jesus. We started by serving as the Associate Pastor in charge of Youth and Music. While we enjoyed serving in those capacities, in 2005, God led me to serve as the Lead Pastor. Outside of the church, we enjoy doing all kinds of things. We enjoy fixing and building things around the house, reading, travelling, photography, and just hanging out with friends.

Office Administrator

Rebecca Escher - Church Administrator

My whole life has been spent at Milestone (formerly Berean). My family came here in the 70’s and I was able to grow up in this church. I met my husband Patrick during my high school years at an afterschool job. We started dating while I was in college, and after graduation, we were married in 1997. We were blessed to have Megan in 1999 and in 2006, I was able to start my “dream job” of being the Office Administrator at Milestone.

Rodolfo "Tote" Jimenez - Ignite Student Ministry

I was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. After finishing high school, I went to study the Bible at World of Life in Argentina where I met my wife Debby. Debby is a NJ native. After finishing our studies we came to NJ where I served for 8 years with the Saints Prison Ministry. Debby and I have served in multiple capacities in the church through the years. We have 4 children and came to Milestone in March, 2017. We love working with the students and are excited for what God is doing.
